FloraFurniture prides itself on an exceptional delivery service, which is fully insured by specialist courier delivery drivers. To ensure we can deliver the items to you as quick as possible, would you Please always provide us with the best telephone number for us to contact you during working hours regarding delivery.
How will the order process?
We order the items from our supplier to process the order for you, we do not hold the stock of the items. If the item is in stock we get this delivered to our Doncaster warehouse and then out for delivery (this usually takes about 7-10 working days plus delivery time). If the item ordred is out of stock with our supplier this can take up to 12 weeks to source the item for you.
We do not take the payment for the order until we have the items booked in for delivery into our warehouse. We can claim the funds from your card automatically within 4 weeks of taking the order. If this time has expired we shall be in touch directly to manually retake the payment.
Furniture is sent via a furniture courier not a parcel firm. Our couriers are dedicated furniture couriers and are fully insured – please note delivery will be by one driver, so may require assistance with larger items, we will advise you beforehand if this is the case. If you live in an apartment, please note our drive cannot carry items beyond the ground floor
Delivery of items in stock with the supplier is generally within 5-21 Days from date of purchase. Someone will call or email you within 3 working days of your purchase to give you an expected delivery timescale and we will keep you informed if that changes. We will always contact you at least 2 working days before delivery to advise a day and a 3 hour window of time on that day when your delivery will take place. Please call or email us below if you would like an estimated delivery date before you place your order. We will ALWAYS do our best to accomodate times and dates to suit your requirements
There are exceptions to this:
If you do not live in mainland UK or you live in Northern Scotland (North of Edinburgh), In western Wales, Norfolk, some coastal areas of Kent or in Cornwall delivery can take longer as in order to make our deliveries time & cost efficient and because of the distance involved we need to combine it with other deliveries to your area, and it can occasionally take a couple of weeks for that to happen, therefore please allow a little longer.
If an item is not in stock, we will contact you to advise you of the expected delivery date. This is generally no more than 12 weeks from your order date
