What happens once I have placed my order?

Once you have placed your order, Kerry, our customer services manager will process your order for you.

Kerry will have an email sent to you as to whether your order is in stock and how long it will be, some of our stock is not held in our Doncaster warehouse so we may need to order it from our suppliers. If the item is in stock with the supplier, we get this delivered to our Doncaster warehouse and then out for delivery (this usually takes about 7-10 working days plus delivery time).

If an item is not in stock, we will contact you to advise you of the expected delivery date. This is generally no more than 12 weeks from your order date

We do not take the payment for the order until we have the items booked in for delivery into our warehouse. With the exception of PayPal orders which payment is taken when the order is placed. 

We can claim the funds from your card automatically within 4 weeks of taking the order. If this time has expired we shall be in touch directly to manually retake the payment.

How long will my order take to arrive?
This is generally 2-4 weeks, though some items may take longer, we will always inform you by phone or email within 3 working days of your order of an expected delivery date and we will keep you informed if that changes. We will always let you know a date and a 3-hour window of time on that date when your delivery will take place, at least 2 working days before delivery. Please call or email us below if you would like an estimated delivery date before you place your order

Can I arrange for a weekend/evening delivery?
Our delivery company does deliveries based on a Green timesaving system, so they will have a route map planned each day which means they may not be in your area late in the day, though it is sometimes possible and we will try our best to avoid times of day that are unsuitable please call if you are concerned about this matter.

Sorry, our delivery company don’t offer a weekend delivery service, though, if weekdays are always a problem, delivery can be made to safe place on your property, or to a neighbor, please ring if you require further information or assistance

Where do/don’t you deliver?
We deliver to all parts of the UK & Ireland including non-mainland areas and Northern Scotland. There are additional charges for areas north of Edinburgh, all non-mainland areas, and Ireland. These can be viewed in our delivery information page

What if I want to return my item?
We all change our mind about things, and we appreciate that ordering on-line can be difficult, but a return is never a problem, just call or email us within 7 working days of receipt of your item and we will arrange everything, please see our returns page for more info.

When do you take payment?
We will take your payment once your order has been placed as we have to place an order with our supplier in order to guarantee them. Unless you used PayPal as your payment method which takes payment when the order is placed. We can, of course, reimburse you at any time, before delivery however your order will be canceled.

Are the item assembled?

Most of our items are fully assembled and will state if they are on the listings, 

Do you offer discount for bulk buy items?

We may be able to offer a small discount if you are looking at ordering in bulk just pop us an email across and we will look into this for you, however we cannot guarantee this.

Do you offer names day deliveries?

We do offer named day delivery options, for smaller items, this is charged at £7.95 and will be delivered with a company called APC, for larger items this is priced at £30.00 and will be delivered to you on a pallet delivery, this delivery company will only deliver to your front door and will not take this into your home for you. (The charges may be slightly higher dependanty on where want delivery)

Do you delivery on a Saturday? 

We do offer Saturday deliveries however there is an additional charge, for smaller items such as bedside tables, and dressing tables this is priced at £20.00 and is delivered with a company called APC. 

For Larger items such as a chest of drawers, a bookcase or a wardrobe this is priced at £60.00, however, this is delivered to you on a pallet, this company will only deliver to your front door and will not take this into your property for you, you would have to do this for you. 

Payment for this must be taken for this before the delivery leaves us. 

Is this item in stock?

Our website doesn’t not show our stock levels or expected delivery dates, however if you would like to know this information before committing to your order please just give us a call 01302 741007 and we will be happy to answer any questions for you.

How do I apply for finance?

Our finance application system couldn’t be any easier! Along as your order is over £300, place your order like normal and at the payment stage, simply click apply for finance, there you can opt for 6 or 12 months re payments and you can choose how much you pay on your deposit from 10%. Then simply answer all the questions it asks throughout the application and you will be advised at the very end if it has been accepted! How easy is that!

The monthly payments will not start until you have received your full order.
