Returns
We hope you love all our stuff as much as we do, but if not, don’t worry.
Our no quibble returns policy means that you can return anything to us in an unused condition within 365 days of receipt, at no cost to you.
Simply email or telephone us to let us know you are returning something and we can help you arrange our own carrier to collect the goods. We promise to refund you within 3 days of the item arriving back with us.
All damaged item returns should be notified by email or telephone within 7 working days of receipt.
Furniture items being returned need to be collected by our furniture courier - please do not attempt to return furniture items using a standard courier, such as parcel force etc.
The reason for this is they will not handle larger pieces carefully and they invariably arrive with ourselves broken. If you do choose to send the item back via an alternate method you must accept liability if the item is damaged.
Any items that are lost or damaged will be replaced free of charge. We do use a fully track able service so this is a rare occurrence.
Goods which are returned because they are found to not match the item description will also be refunded in full.
These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
Refunds can only be processed once an item has been collected by our carrier and arrived back with us.
We are sorry but we are not able to process a refund until the item has been returned to our warehouse.
