YOUR ORDER DISPATCH TIMESCALES

In order to limit our staff's to exposure to each other, we are currently working with lower staff numbers.

This may mean that you experience delivery times of a couple of days longer than we would normally like.

If you are in urgent need of your order, please select day of choice or next days option, as we are still able to prioritise these orders.

We will keep you updated on your order's dispatch and a delivery timescale by email .

NB Large furniture and large mirrors deliveries

We use our own delivery drivers for our larger items. They will still be able to deliver all in stock items within our advertised timescales, although they will not be able to come into your home when they arrive, but will pass your item on at the entrance to your property (and for this reason, we are also unable to offer our room of choice and build up options currently).

Also we may need to send your item on a doorstep pallet delivery if:

  • You live more than 150 miles or so from Doncaster( our drivers are currently unable to stop overnight in hotels, so wont be able to get to enough customers further away and get back in one day)
  • If your item is deemed as 'extra large' - so normally requires delivery by 2 men - as we currently not allowing drivers to work accompanied.

If you are affected, we will call you to make arrangements for accepting your pallet delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Please place your order as normal, most countries are not experiencing issues in receiving international deliveries, if this changes or if we experience any issues getting your order to you, our customer service staff will contact you.

CONTACTING US

We can currently deal with all your queries as normal.

All our customer service staff are working from home, so if you need to contact us, someone will still be able to answer your call, pick up your email or live chat between 9-5 Monday-Friday and resolve any query you have as normal.

RETURNS

Due to low staff levels, any returns made during the 'lockdown' period may take slightly longer than our normal to process on arrival to our warehouse.

Please allow 10 working days from return , for your refund to be returned to your payment method.

Our 200 day no quibble returns policy means you can delay returning your item ( see in more detail on our returns page) if you need to return your order more urgently, just email us with details, and we will advise how best to deal with your return in the safest and speediest way.
